Located in the heart of Tampa, FL, the Stein Medical Institute is the “World’s leading VASER^®LipoSelection Medical Center” (William W. Cimino, PhD., President, VASER LipoSelection by Sound Surgical Technologies, LLC) and pioneer in cosmetic medicine, anti-aging, sexual health and integrated healthcare.

History

Dr. Stein founded the nation's first women's medical center, the Stein Women's Center in St. Petersburg, in 1980. This model center was dedicated to providing complete medical care of women as a whole, personalized by a team of specialists in Internal Medicine, Laser Surgery, OB/Gyn. Radiology, Reproductive Endocrinology, Psychology and Cosmetic Surgery.

With one chart and no duplication of tests, women received information and care from University-trained, upper-quarter-of-their-class physicians who devoted full time to their integrated medical service. This prototype was the basis for the development of more than 200 women's medical centers nationwide.

The Stein Medical Institute - Founded in 2004

The Stein Medical Institute was founded in 2004 by Dr. Stein. This innovative medical practice was founded and based upon a similar model as the Stein Women's Center, although the integrated therapies and procedures for the best in beauty and anti-aging are now available to both men and women.

Dr. Stein created the Stein Medical Institute with the vision of combining contemporary medicine involving minimally invasive procedures with a holistic, prevention based outlook on health. This novel view of health and wellbeing incorporates the importance of self-image and confidence on overall health.

The Stein Medical Institute has consistently been at the forefront in cosmetic medicine and aesthetics in the greater Tampa Bay area since its doors opened in 2004. Procedures like the Stein Instant Lift, The Stein Instant Facial Lift, VASER Hi-Def , LipoSelection by VASER and Mesotherapy have brought the institute to local and national fame with award winning recognition. Dr. Stein also pioneered the usage of dermal fillers as a non-surgical facelift alternative. He introduced Radiesse^®, Sculptra^®, and Juvéderm^®.
